Kick & Cadence is a small apparel company that is trying to design and create awesome shirts and accessories for runners. If you have any questions feel free to ask and we will try to respond back as quickly as possible.

All shirts are printed to order in the USA.

I received my order and want to return/exchange it. How do I do that?
Please email customercare@kickandcadence.com for return address. Only available for eligible items.

 

I received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?
Please email customercare@kickandcadence.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received.

 

I received my order and an item is damaged! What do I do?
Please email customercare@kickandcadence.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

 

I’m unsure about a size. How can I get help?
Different shirts are sometimes printed on different brands of t-shirts. Each shirt or sweatshirt has a sizing guide on the product page. We’ve added additional notes when appropriate if we find sizes run larger or smaller.

Where can I track my order?
Please use the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email to track orders.

 

Will I pay for custom fees?
Yes, Kick & Cadence is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
