Every Kick and Cadence piece is printed when you order it, which means nothing sits in a warehouse and your shirt is made fresh for you.
How long it takes
Orders are printed in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. Most US orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of ordering. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as yours ships.
What it costs (US)
T-shirts and long sleeves: $4.95 for the first, $1.50 for each additional
Hoodies and sweatshirts: $7.95
Mugs: $6.95

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Canada is coming soon.
Need to change an order?
Email us right away at customercare@kickandcadence.com. Once your order goes to print, we can’t change it.
Order never arrived?
First, check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the address is right. If the address was wrong, we’re happy to send a new order to the right one, though the reprint and shipping will be at your cost.
If the address was right and your tracking hasn’t moved, email customercare@kickandcadence.com with your order number. We’ll track it down with the carrier and make sure you’re not left empty-handed.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged or misprinted?
That’s on us. Email customercare@kickandcadence.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free replacement.
Wrong size?
First, check the size on the tag against our size chart. If the garment was mislabeled, that counts as our mistake, and we’ll replace it free.
If it’s just not the fit you wanted, email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you the right size at 50% off, plus shipping. No need to mail the first one back. Keep it, or pass it to a running buddy.
Because everything is printed to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
